Anyone know how to recover a video file from an SD Card?

The SD card out of my camera shows 1 AVI file that is 0 bytes.

Properties shows the SD card has 895MB used.

There should be just one video file there. Am guessing the batteries went flat and the camera hasn't put an end to the file?

Anyone know how to get in there and recover it? Can I send it somewhere to be done?
