Anyone know the easiest way to sort out web site filtering?

The time has come when my kids are about to get me into trouble if I don't restrict site access.

I've tried IE7 content filter but it's useless as all the offending sites don't report their content as offensive.

Is their a way to do this in Xp or a good freeware programme.

If I have to I'll buy a programme if it is known to be effective.

Thanks - I've put that on their laptop.

Didn't read all the bumph but it looks like it may keep records of sites visited on its servers.

Anyway I'm used to being spied on after 10 years under nu labia.

Any other suggestions?
