HW191D monitor will not revert to DVI

Hi chaps, as above, my HW191D monitor will not revert to DVI after using it on another PC using the VGA connector.
I've checked cables etc. and in fact an identical monitor, another HW191D will run on DVI on the problem PC, so it's obviously the monitor that is the problem. It simply will not "plug and play". No signal whatsoever from boot when using DVI, but works on VGA.
Anyone come across this before? I've phoned HannsG (the maker) as I have a replace on site warranty. Monitor is a year and a half old.

Any input, (especially DVI) would be most welcome.

Possibly a stupid answer, but have you tried using the OSD to change the imput from VGA to DVI?

I've tried that, even to the extent of having a DVI cable and A VGA cable in at the same time. No luck I'm afraid. I'll have to chase up the makers.
