Yes, TinEye is pretty good and is a lot more accurate than Google, but they just don't have the image database that Google has. Not many people know that Google Images lets you do a TinEye-style search (and not many people know about TinEye either) so I was genuinely trying to be helpful and I hope it came across that way.
