How to get all phone contacts off a Nokia and onto iPhone 4?

I actually bought an Iphone 4s last month

For anybody in the same predicament as the OP and I were, if you pop down to your Apple shop they have a handy gizmo that links to your old phone and zooms the contacts across to your new one.
