I have read not sooo good things about this KIES programme from Samsung, have used "MyPhone Explorer" with my K850i and now I see that the new version works with android. Has anyone got experiences with MPE here ? Another thing : I was looking for a case that incorporates a small PAPER notebook, did not find any and bodged together something from an old calendar, is there something like that on the market ? (have read the thread and followed links but did not find anything) Why do you need the "myphone explorer"? If you plug it in, the phone can appear as a mass-storage device, you don't need any extra software.

Turn it on and then point your browser to the url displayed.

Just plug it in for mass storage to copy all media across and use the cloud for email, contacts and calendar. P.S. Official ICS update is out!!! XDA-Devs have lots of links.

No probs, there are a few tweaks to be made and Sky Go doesn't work on ICS yet but it seems nice so far. Chrome browser looks nice and seems pretty stable.

Glad to hear, I shall wait until the 19th since I am already running ICS (XXLPB) anyway. Hopefully the official firmware will have the FM Tuner app back, it disappeared in my rom.

I'd try something like vlc which plays pretty much anything you can throw at it.

Just updated the latest firmware on mine and it is shocking!
Very juddery and slow.
It is PDA:KI8/PHONE:KI2/csc:KI2(H3G)
Is there any way to roll it back to before the update?
