TBH I don't think that - at face value - their returns policy is too bad. Mine is an "agility" deal where I can buy the car or give it back. Given that I've never marked a car before and my stuff is always immaculate I'm not worried, and what they state as "acceptable" looks quite generous. You're allowed stuff like a couple of dings, small alloy scuffs and reasonable stone chippage.
I've also got a little C1 through Freedom Contracts (great little car - got teeny weeny snowies on it for winter) and the Citroen returns policy is a lot more stringent than MBs.

If they spell it out at the outset very clearly and you are within those parameters I can't see there would be much of a problem.
My wifes 250slk arrived a few weeks ago. Black with cream leather, it's a stunning car. The contract lists the size etc of acceptable marks on hand back, as someone else said the car is so cheap I don't have a problem having fully detailed at the end of the lease. Got ours from Gateway2leasing who were fine, they are just brokers for MB Corporate, the car took longer to arrive than expected but this was down to production.

Seriously tempted to go for the 250 AMG to replace the OH's car but the only thing putting me off is she tends to destroy alloys on any car she drives 
Anyone know roughly how much an acceptable alloy refurb is going to set me back at the end of the term?

I've had some quotes back on an SLK250AMG, on the face of it the no options, 3+23 10000mpa deal looks great value, however once you convert that into a more realistic 15k mpa deal(its a diesel after all), with essentials like heated seats, air scarf, parktronic, rain sensing wipers it doesn't seem such are great offering to me

Really?I've come from a top-spec SL which had *everything* to an SLK and I didn't bother speccing anything extra at all over and above the standard AMG pack (although I have bought the Becker nav module). I've had it all and I don't miss any of it, however in retrospect I would spec parking sensors - the bonnet is quite long.
