Rebellion V2 map (arriving tomorrow) should see 0-60 in as low as 3.5s and 0-100 in as low as 8.5s with a hard launch. They are also putting out a TCU tune which could make it even quicker!!

^^^^^^sounds like the Golf R will always be well off the pace of the others, and oh so dull looking.
I dunno about dull, understated yes. Suits me as this will sit in my work car park and C63 will stay at home. I've gone for uprated 19" wheels and limestone grey so should look like this:

No doubt the A45 will be the better track weapon but Golf R getting good reviews as all round package:

I totally agree re the Golf R and being understated. I love shouty cars, I used to have a bright red VXR8 with a Walkinshaw Supercar exhaust system which was about as shouty as you'll get, but my line of work now dictates something a lot more subtle during working hours and that's where cars like the Golf come into their own. I'm going to have a de-badged RS6 though. smile

At the AMG event at Spa I was up against an A45 in the drag race and the c63 was quicker noticeable, it was very dry so no real traction advantage for awd but later in the day around the handling circuit (bit like brooklands), the A45 was quickest of all the AMGs. Obviously driver could come into this but still. The A45 was just as quick as everyone else on the main circuit too.

Picked my A45 up tonight. Vbox is hard wired into the car. Once run in ill be testing against what my stage 1 C63 could do. Only 950 miles of run in to go.

Awesome, looking forward to some real feedback from a fellow C63-Head.
