Independent servicing in north midlands or south Yorks

I need to replace front discs and pads on my 7 year old E320 sport and aren't too keen to shell out main dealer prices, so if anyone here can suggest a decent indie in this area I would be really grateful.
I also think it might be worth while replacing non service bits and pieces at an indie outside the normal service intervals.
For better or worse I've stuck with my local MB dealer and the service has been good, but increasingly expensive.

Any local garage should be able to do brakes etc you don't need a specialist. Ask neighbours/colleagues

This garage in Sheffield claim to be a Mercedes specialist. I've not used them myself but have heard good things about them.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Scott Auto Tec in Leeds, unfortunately with the M1 roadworks it's an extra hour further up than the a Sheffield guy.

Well I've taken my own advice and used the above Sheffield garage this week to replace a leaking injector seal on my CLS. Quick and inexpensive so I'd recommend them. Just don't expect shiny workshops and leather sofas
