After 2.5 years of grin-laden ownership, the time has come to let my beloved 2010 E63 find a new home...I haven't kept a car that long in a while, but had to thanks to building a house.
I'd hoped to squeeze another 6 months out of the old girl so I could move to the new S class coupe, but the sphincter-twitching replacement of my pads and rotors all around has meant I'm moving on now....so my interim will be a 2011 CL63 AMG, breathed on by Renntech giving 669bhp/734 TQ. Will likely need a large budget for tyres.....
Car will be here next week, and though I'm really going to miss that glorious 6.2 V8, I'm interested to see how the extra power is in a heavier car that should (according to Renntech) manage 0-60 in about 3.7sec....update to follow.
