It reminds me of another nasty little mass-made car (Vauxhall Tigra was it?) prevalent 10 to 15 years ago which had a similar unbalanced and out of proportion design.

Ah those are the same as my clk. Mine were £850 to my door but the pound wasn't doing as well early last year. I'm pleased with them and they are wearing well. The also sell just the ring when it's time to replace.

I'm guessing the other discs posted on page 1 are the 340 x 30mm discs (i.e. 2mm thinner) that get fitted with a spacer. They are sl fit IIRC although I would love to hear for sure.

had a 280 for the past 3 years (r171) love it
been looking at 350 r172 (the wife likes the shape) but toying with the idea of a r171 55 instead

So buzzer...this company that you know that sells them do they supply them pre-drilled and ready to fit? Or do you still have to drill the locating hole?
