Anyone ordered an AMG GT-S yet?

Designo Iridium Silver Magno for me! Going to get the car painted corrected and paint protected by Topaz - rather than use the MB stuff......
Speciale is here and getting level 5 Paint Correction and Full Self Healing Paint Protection Film - and they need 10 days to get the car perfect. Pick it up on Thursday 19th - then head out to SPA on the 20th - bedding in brakes and tyres on the way........

I've just gone with standard Selenite grey metallic on my (ordinary) GT S as I think it'll need a bit of looking after and I wouldn't trust it with the boys down the car wash! I'm not a weekend car washer...
To me, magno grey version was probably the most special of the colours. Magno Iridium silver looked great too, but the main difference was that it was hard to tell if it was magno from a distance, whereas grey it was very obvious. One was getting loaded on the transporter and the lines of the car looked excellent at it moved in the sunlight. The satin lustre reminded me of a rocket from one of those old 50's sci-fi films. You won't regret it.

wow guys; you know, all the cars are going to be magnificent. My CLS is selenite grey and once I saw that look on the sample card I had for mango grey. That was it for me. I think mango and AMG GT are an amazing combination (as are the other colours please let me add), but the most I'm looking forward too, is the drive.
For me, taking a second and a half off a BS SLS and 4s off an F type with 40 more horse round the TG track just highlight how special the AMG GT S will be to drive day to day, and the feel good factor of the interior to me means cherry, cake, oh and lets add a lottery win!
Anjum, thats some serious work you have going on there wrt the paint. With my selenite CLS I had G-techniq from new to maintain its looks. Is what you are doing specialist for the mango paint? Cheers

I'm pretty sure you're right ... Selenite grey is a new colour for the GT (that will get rolled out into other models). Tenorite grey is one of the current colours and could be what m2m was referring to? I've also gone for Selenite grey, but not the Magno.There is part of me that wishes I was braver with car colours and had gone for something really bold (the Iridium Silver Magno (that Anjum has gone for) that I saw on one of the cars at the Paris motor show looked superb and the pictures of the Hyacinth Red and Brilliant Blue also look great).
Once more people have got delivery of their cars later in the year, perhaps a get together could be interesting?

I've nearly forgotten about this car!
I picked up the 458 Speciale a couple of weeks ago - and haven't stop driving it - We've been to Spa is the soaking rain - we've been to Zandoorf and are off to Donnington Park on Tuesday - and then back to Spa again!
Flying out to NYC to see if can get dibbs on a Ford GT - At Geneva it looked nearly as magnificent as the Aventador SV - which is coming Q4 this year!
Off to Monaco in the Aventador Roadster - which I think I'm going to keep - I love it.....which is at the end of May - and then the GTS should arrive.....
I wondering if the GTS will get a look in.........
