I'll start. 120 swift, effortless cross country miles today and seeing as someone always asks, 20.2mpg (according to the computer):

To live with and as a means to get about it is a fabulous thing. The whole family likes it, it does so many things well - it's comfortable, it's effortless and it is, obviously, fast. But the thing that gets you is that it will do all of those things at the same time: it's double glazed, the heating and aircon is good, it's got a decent sound system and screens in the back, the torque means that you have instant, heavy duty performance available at all times in any gear and the ABC suspension means it doesn't pitch and roll all over the place; it's all very measured while still doing the limo "thing" in a wholly convincing fashion. It's discrete too in a way a Bentley isn't. The original owner had it de-badged; the 2nd put some on the boot according to the paperwork - so it doesn't have the slightly vulgar V12 Bi-Turbo script on the front wings; strikes a nice balance I think.

No doubt there are big bills coming, but in the first 6 months and 2.5k miles they have not arrived yet; my principal concern is not putting too many miles on it - it's done more miles recently than the other toys put together...

I'm happy for you thats it treating you well. I toyed with the idea before getting my E55K estate, but the estate part won me over as I needed a proper load lugger.. So far so good for me, although as always I'm wanting something new to play smile

I'd love to hear your thoughts in 6months or so...
