I had a 'notification' from the MercedesMe adaptor people - or someone - to ask what I thought of it, with a row of stars from 1 to 5. I gave it 1 (you can't give fewer) and straight away I got a message "Sorry to hear that. Do you want to tell us why?"

So I sent an email on the lines of one of my posts further up this thread i.e. 'It's a waste of time. What does it do that i can't do in ten seconds by looking at the dashboard?"

I wonder if I will get a considered response?

Well, the nice man at MercedesMe has come back. I am not sure if I am any the wiser.
