B Class Audio 20 convert to Bluetooth audio?

Hi all,
asking for a mate that's just bought an 07' B Class with the Audio 20 system
He wants to know if there is a cheaper alternative to the UHI adaptor that will supply full bluetooth audio control?
Personally, I was under the impression that on the 07' model the UHI would only give phone connectivity via bluetooth, not full audio, am I correct in this?
