Engine management light won't go- Bristol indie needed!
Discussion
Hi all,
I have bought a C220 in the last year and the engine management light has started coming on more frequently recently. It means a struggle to get to higher speeds and a lack of performance. I have had it separately diagnosed by 2 people, who have said it is the code 'P20151C - the position sensor or position switch for the charge movement flap (cylinder bank 1) has a malfunction. The voltage value is outside the permissible range'.
Does anyone a) have any idea how major this problem this is b) know of any reliable independents in Bristol I could go to.
My local guy just said go to Mercedes which I don't want to do as I don't want to be ripped off.
Hope you can help.
Thanks,
Dave

Hi mate, just read your thread, i've always used Parkway automotive just off Lodge Causeway in Bristol, I have a CLK & an e class & have used then for over 5 years & found them really good. pop it over to them, its the only garage I know that will work on your car, let you drive it away & they send the bill in the post.
