F Type problems

any one had problems with door straps coming lose. Noticed today that drivers side had a lot of movement, so checked passenger door and that was the same . Tried to tighten them up but allen bolts just turn and don't get tight.
Also there is a lot of knocking from the roof when its up. It was on occasional last week. But now its constant, every time hit slight bump in road or even reversing off my drive it happens
