Good morning, I wonder if anyone can help me find a 190sl or 280se convertible to come to Derby on 17th August.
I can only seem to find them way down south and would love to surprise my fiance with one on our wedding day, either to drive her to church, or simply for photos in the grounds.

I would also be willing to compensate as well as offering dinner and drinks for the day if anyone was interested in bringing there's along.

Many thanks
Chris

Can you confirm your date please. Wednesday 17th August?

If you have no joy with a convertible, I have a baby blue '65 coupe that I may be available with:

Hi, yes Wednesday 17th August. Thank you for your reply and offer.
Your 65 coupe does look very nice ! Though my fiance had mentioned convertible.
From your profile, do you still have your 280SL, does the roof come off ?

Thanks

Hello, Iv just come across this post. I am also having a wedding in Derby on 20th August 2017 and I am desperately looking for a Mercedes 280SL Pagoda for my wedding car. Is yours still available? Kind Regards. Kay

Hi Kay, I've been out of the country for a while so have stalled on my Pagoda restoration but it may be available around that time. Just to be clear, my cars are chauffeur driven, not self drive. The 220SEb coupe will be available as an alternative.

Here's a shot from the Derby wedding:
