I was going to do that but its a pain as you lose your post count and if i remember correctly you need [x] number of posts to be able to post / access certain areas?

Unfortunately the mods don't seem to reply to any emails or requests for password resets ....

I Co-Run the site, we get countless emails every day asking for password resets (when there is a password reset button), people who say that they havent received a confirmation email yet they put an email address like [e-mail]

I have recently (last week) gone through the registration process on a co-workers PC for them and had no issues at all.

I appreciate glitches occurring but I could easliy spend 3 hours per day sorting out issues that are 90% of the time caused by users not reading what is asked of them...

I've used the password reset button and I am not receiving a confirmation, I am certain I have entered my email address correctly. Can you help me? I am really keen to be able to log into my account. My username is the same as it is here.
