I keep getting a hankering for one, might move my CLS 500 on and get one.
Anyone got one, anyone selling one ? any pointers ?
Would it be a daft move ? I feel like with mine I kind of know them a bit now and thought there isnt anything wrong with mine, I am hankering for that supercharged grunt.
Would consider an E55 but want that engine and preferably the looks of the CLS.
Did they all have HK, what options are worth seeking out ?
What are the main issues other than valve cover gaskets, SBC and chargecooler pumps ?

I can't comment on the 55 but I have a CLS63 and it is awesome. I know the 55 has more torque/less bhp but the performance is pretty similar.
Only thing I would say is if you're ok with the fuel costs and have a few quid aside in case of any big bills, then go for it. I can't imagine the CLS500 is frugal anyway so fuel is probably not an issue.
