W205 C63s brake discs and pads

Does anyone know of an aftermarket replacement fr the front disc and pads on a W205 C63s (red calipers) that onlyrequire me to sell half a liver, and not a wholeliver and a kidney like the MB ones?

Try Mercedes Southend. Or Grangemouth. Or Newcastle.

All have good deals going on brakes from time to time and after market stuff is very limited anyway apart from EBC. Newcastle and Southend also have ebay shops, not sure about the other one.

I just got some front pads for mine last week from my local dealer who price matched the above dealers. Came out at £172 including sensor. W212 E63
