Now I find that there is no service history book in the car anywhere, and the dealership can't remember seeing it or stamping it when they did the recent service. They also don't seem to have any record of servicing it before I bought it, so it must have been done elsewhere.
The car reg is BJ06 VNH, if anyone can help with any service records then I would really appreciate it... I've got a new car on hold until I can resolve this, but time is slipping away!

I was wondering if you could help, I have just purchased a slk200 reg SJ05OJU and awaiting delivery
I did not realise when I bought the car but from studying the photos it looks like it has had a amg body kit fitted, would it be possible to see if this was fitted as a factory upgrade and what other factory upgrades where fitted if any.
Also any service / recall history would be great.

HI ,JUST BROUGHT A ML 270 CDI WITH VERY LITTLE OF SERVICE HISTORY,HPI IS ALL OK AND VOSA VERFIY THE MILEAGE FOR THE MOT'S LOVELY CAR JUST HAD IT VALETED TODAY CAME UP VERY NICE.
BUT NEED TO KNOW HOW TO GET THE SERVICE HISTORY AND HOW TO GET A MAINTENCE BOOKLET FOR IT,AS GOT 2 SPANNERS AND -5500 ON THE DASH AND A LEVER WHEN PUSHED COME UP WITH (LIM) AND NUMBERS GO UP AND DOWN??(CAR DRIVES FUNNY LIKE SLOW?)

LIM limits the speed it has been set to e.g set it to 40 and it'll not go faster than 40mph. It is also the cruise control switch. It should have been serviced 5500 miles ago. (I think) You need a handbook.

I have been getting a lot of emails directly from people asking for service history.

Hi Murray, can you confirm the spec of my E500 please (VIN WDB2110702A117161), as I can't make head nor tale of the numbers listed in the vehicle card, and also if you could advise if there are any outstanding recalls, that would be great  I'm pretty happy about the service history as the book stamps correspond with receipts... but if you want to list what's on record as well, then that would be great too (but no biggy).
