Fast, rare and generally well built. Price tends to depend on condition. So if its suspiciously cheap for no apparent reason...

Me and nickwilcock have one.

Great car, fast, reliable and rare.

Issues are heated seat bases, intercooler pump, paint peeling on centre console - all well known issues and easy to sort.

Yes indeed, a rare and desirable car.

Any M-B dealer will be able to check the engine management computer to establish whether there are any intercooler pump failure indications - it's a well-known fault but M-B have never acknowledged it as a recall fault...

The seat heaters in mine are virtually useless. Perhaps it's a feature of the designo seats, I don't know. But I can live with it.

I've never had any of the console paint peeling issues reported by others in hotter climes, incidentally.

0-60 in 4.8 and at least 155 mph top end - performance you will find it hard to get in any car of equivalent price and quality.

Since getting my intercooler pump changed under warranty earlier this year, I've done 2 €urotrips of over 1600 miles each and the car was flawless throughout!
