S 320 cdi Current shape - Couple of questions

Firstly has anyone suffered with excessive tyre noise on P Zeroes? The car is on the AMG five spoke wheels (255/40 Z). The tyres need changing now so looking for recommendations please.

Secondly the car is now out of warranty and I'm thinking about a DMS or Brabus chip. Any experience of these chips? Worth the money for the performance increase?

If the car is out of warranty I would go for the DMS remap for about £500 rather than pay £1700 for the Brabus chip; both should give similar results of around 270bhp. Well worth the money in my opinion.
