Has anybody got an email for someone high up in Mercedes-Benz UK?

I have just come off the phone with customer services, and one of there people has been very helpful to me.

I would like the send a thank you letter / email praising this person.

That will be very hard todo .. I wanted to thank an Openreach person, but that proved impossible .. even the weblink they have on their site did not work ... they are all geared up for complaints not complements !

I'd be taking a stab at the email address, but [e-mail] might find it's way there.

A traditional letter to head office might be more effective though, as the CEO's secretary should note that more effort is required to send a "thank you" via snail mail than via email.
