So, OH has a A180D Auto (59 plate) as a loan car till her SLK arrives. There is no manual in the car and this weird symbol keeps popping up which is a P in a square, sometimes it has a horizontal arrow at one side as well. It then just disappears. Any ideas? Not important, just intrigued.

The car is fitted with Park Assist.

It constantly monitors the spaces on the nearside of the road when travelling at low speeds, and indicates whether or not the car will fit into it. Along with that, should you wish to park the car in that space, it will actually park the car for you!

A big feature on the A Class, I'm surprised that this was not explained when the vehicle was handed over (unless of course, it's a company/lease type thing, then you may not hve had the chance).

If you need any more help with how it works, give me a shout.

Should have bluetooth as well, by the way....

ETA - Sorry, just read the "loan car until SLK arrives bit!

Gets coat and leaves......
