As an old Merc fan I am often not a fan of modern Mercedes design. However they have absolutely nailed it in the GT. One of the best looking cars on sale today, and by all accounts a lot of fun.

Fantastic colour by the way, congratulations!

I've got an E class coupe AMG Line Edition coming next month in that colour - every time I see "brilliant blue" I know I've made the right decision. cool

This is my new daily work hack.
2016 A200d, AMG Line, with Premium Plus & Night Packs.
7sp DCT Auto.

Had it 5 weeks now, and 3.5k on the clock. So nicely run in. Goes like the clappers for a 2.2D, quite impressed. Also managed 80mpg on a run from north London to Ascot last week, so super happy with that.

I think I definitely got the right colour combos :-)

Are dealers or owners ///AMG badging these? I see so many with them, and I'm sure they don't come like that from the factory. Having had a proper AMG before (one with the guys signature on the engine) I actually find all the AMG guff stuck to our 4cyl CLS embarrassing.

Plenty of engineering changes to justify a badge; the AMG kitted cars drive significantly better.

As for the little signed nameplate trinket -- a man screwed the engine together, and a machine would probably do a better job.
