Stunning, one of the few mean and moody high powered Mercs.

Ditto! Maybe it's own restoration thread? Not a modified car fan but this is ace. Love SECs and that wide kit looks ridiculously good!

Nothing like those fantastic w126 coupés posted recently, but I upgraded from my old w210 e55 to a w211 e63 last weekend.

Currently very much enjoying it in Germany...

Not only the M156 engine but in the best, to me at least, shape for an E Class (S211) cloud9

Edited to correct the model number for the Wagon above. No idea how I got that wrong, especially as I used to own one. banghead

A quick one of mine in what seemed to be it's natural habitat for a long time late last and early this year. biggrin

Have you had the engine modified then?

Impressive power figures going by the info in your profile. MSL seem to be getting some cracking power figures from the twin turbo engines.

Oh yes, several little and some not so little tweaks. Made it a little un-driveable in the wet, and it eats back tyres for fun, but it is interesting to drive. And loud. biggrin

I like MSL, as you state, they know how to get good numbers out of these engines, and have also done lots of Weistec superchargers on the M156 motors as well. They're currently playing with the latest 4.0 in their new C63, though I've not been spoken to them for a while so not sure how they're getting on with it at the moment. I sense a trip coming on... smile

A bit more pedestrian than many on here but bought mainly to handle a reasonable commute without ridiculous depreciation. Idly considering a 90s SL for the weekend though.

Not quite as stylish as some of the older models being featured here, but "my" W205 C220d Sport.

Nice.

Have you considered turning your phone the right way round, you would also get all your car in the photo of your car as well. wink
