SEC seat stuck

The drivers bakrest on my 420 sec 1988
Moved the seat all the way back,now it won,t return to the upright position , when i slide the control forward i can her a clicking in the backrest bolster all the other functions on the seat work .The seat worked ok until i tilted it all the way back .
The second picture top right looks to have been built up with weld and the round pin looks to have been filed to a point .haven,t looked into this yet ,anyone had similar problems .
ONLY had car a week wouldn,t normally put seat back was cleaning leather it,s like sitting on a stool
