Can anybody tell me the correct torque setting please? I discovered this weekend that the rears on my car have been done up tighter than a tight thing, by the usual tyre fitter gorillas, with little appreciation for the fact I might need to change the wheel at the side of the road sometime.

I've looked through the manual but, of course, it doesn't make any mention of correct torque and I always like to have this right rather than just relying on doing them up with the wheelbrace by guesswork.

Thanks guys

I would go for 100 Nm a figure I use on all my alloys and also my slk r171.

110 NM is the correct torque to use.
