Groaning steering noise 2005 w211 270cdi

Hi, the steering on my E270CDi seems to be making groaning noises as if there's maybe not enough fluid or belt. It particulary does it if your energetic with your driving/ steering then takes a while to run smoothly. I had an ML270CDi with same type of mileage and the steering rack collapsed, anyone had similiar issues with W211, it is due a D service, is this something they do in the service, how often should Power Steering Fluid be changed, car has 55k on it.

I have exactly the same problem with my w211 2005 220CDI. But i have recently change both power steering pump and power steering rack w/parameterventil in brand new parts. what i haven't changes is the pipes and fluid(it may be rest av an unorginal fluid left i the system. And at last i can be some error with the parameter steering controling i ECU. Thats at least what i suspect.
