Seat wear in C63

Gents,


Do Merc or AMG make some kind of protection for the front seats, iv noticed my leather is already showing signs of slight creases and i want to prevent them becoming worn. Im pretty supprised really because the car is only 2 months old and i only drive it once or twice a week.

any suggestions ?

So you've only driven it 10-12 times and the seats are already showing signs of wear? That does not say much for Mercedes build quality!

I use it on mine, it keeps the leather soft and supple, although it does make the seats a bit slippy for a while

I know a few have had theirs replaced under warranty for premature wear to the drivers seat.

We never seem to have a problem with any of the demos and they get mulitple users every week.

Common problem on the c63 some here have had it fixed under warranty others have been rejected the nappa leather is very soft and does wear rather fast.

I had my last C63 seat bolster changed under warranty,with no problem,just picked up my new one a month or so ago and have started putting the seat back before I get out of the car to save brushing against it all the time

Yea i have started to pull my seat right back to avoid catching on the way in. To be fair for a sports sesat it is the softest leather i have felt , but i would argue that cars with these types of seats should really be alcantara and leather to avoid the rate of wear,
