RUNS OUT ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON
North Yorks region are organising 3 runs with a maximum number of 20 cars per run with "slow, medium and brisk" pace alternatives.
The runs will start at 1pm (Slow), 1.15 (Medium) and 1.30 (brisk) - Each will take a different route of approx. 60-90 minutes.
There is no charge you just need to BOOK with your name and details of TVR to the TVRCC Office on 01952 822126

SATURDAY - TRACKTIME ON 2 MILE LONG RUNWAY
The track time will be booked in half hour slots and will have a maximum of 10 cars per slot
Starting at 10am and running through to 4pm finish
Half Hour Slots are charged at £20 per half hour - although you can obviously book more than 1 slot.
We are offering £50 for 3 slots or £100 for unlimited all day for the real diehards

Payments can be made by Cheque, MasterCard, Visa or Switch.
Please state what is your preferred time based on your arrival and missing afternoon runs out etc

SATURDAY EVENING FUNCTION
The Saturday Evening Function Dinner is also to be booked through the TVRCC Office at £27.50 per person
This cost is for a 3 course meal with choices (of fine cuisine not the usual hotel function fodder) and coffee or tea and mints and covers our DJ for the night
The function has a max capacity of 120 people so book early to avoid disappointment
Regions can book tables together (as best we can accommodate) or indeed we will accept single bookings
It is hoped to have coach or minibus transport between Sherburn for the Campers and other local hotels and the venue
so that members can enjoy a drink and not worry about driving. There will be a nominal charge to cover mini-bus/coach costs only.
Dress is Smart Casual but it is hoped that the Ladies will be suitably Glamorous.
