There is the opportunity of organising both flightsof 45 mins and aerobatic flights of 25 minute duration, during the Sat gathering.

These will include transport to get to the airfield nearby and back to the gathering

I can organise a few planes if there is the demand

They will be about £50

Please PM me if youd like to take up the opportunity and show your support here.

If theres enough support we'll make it happen

Making BNG07 the biggest and the best

About 4 now then

Come on you lot - anyone else - you dont have to book yet 0- just a genuine interest registered.

I can then work out if this is doable or not. scratchchin

Ive just got back from the airfield and am checking on how many people they can take in the day

I suggest flights start at 11 and finish for 4pm giving us chance to get ready for the evening do.

The price will be £50 ish

I have 8 names so far for flights

The microlights have had to be stopped due to logistics but instead we are planning fixed wing flights from a nearby airfield.

Ive just got back from the airfield and am checking on how many people they can take in the day

I suggest flights start at 11.00 and finish for 4pm giving us chance to get ready for the evening do.

The price will be around £50 for 45min sightseeing flight - taking on the air museum gathering, the Humber bridge and a circuit of York City (3 passengers plus pilot).

The other more daring thing were trying to get together is
some aerobatics - were progressing it!
come fly with me
25mins for around £50 - please dont eat for 1 hr before yikes

Bookings with fixed times for flights will soon be taken.
Email me if you wish to take part.

Its going to add an extra wow to the weekend. clap

After some serious hesitation, the aerobatic fun provided by Flyboy was absolutely fantastic. A big 'Thank You' to Gemini for the organisation and Flyboy for all his time and effort (plus missing out on the fun at Elvington!)

Glad he enjoyed the flight, but the unusual movements do catch a lot of people out.
Come to think of it he was abit quiet on the way back to Elvington, but it is a nice road & I was going steady(ish)....hehe

Not me, I fly from Sherburn & usually the other aircraft that was doing the pleasure flights.
If the bipe in question is a yellow & blue "Pitts" then that'll be the guy who was originally going to do the aeros for us. He flies from Full Sutton.
He's part of the UK national team.
