Nice, my mates mum has a diesel Giulietta too in 8C red and thats a great car too smile

i picked mine up this morning and its a completly difrent car. big thanks to Chris & Fred for what they have done and the results are very impressive. i can post the dyno graphs on here if anyne is interested but it came out at 301.7 bhp & 338.6 ft-lb biggrin there is more to get from it but intake temps were getting high so Fred cut it back to keep it running safely etc. an FMIC &/or WMI will be a big help but for now its more than enough laugh
Wow, that is very impressive!

WOW, sounds awesome. I've some reservations about putting that power through the front wheels, can the gearbox and drivetrain cope with it in the long run?

Another observation, I'm not keen on Alfa Read Metalic but it looks great with the QV wheels and badges.

I wasn't too keen on the metallic red either but after seeing it in the sun it looks great. It changes colour quite a bit and can go from looking like a brown sort of red (burgundy i suppose) to a bright candy red smile im saving up now for a Quaiffe diff, it will help a lot but the drivetrain should be able to cope with the power as it is.

I went from a 147 GTA to a MiTo QV and even though the MiTo was great fun it was just that bit small. i don't usually have people in the car but occasionaly i did and it was a bit of a squeeze in the back. The Giulietta is a perfect size car for what i need. Not too big but not too small either and the boot is pretty big too so comes in handy if i ever need to lug any big stuff around

My car isnt the only one that suffers from flashing hazards under braking then! Good to see the Alfa holding its own against the Lotus's.

My Brera S used to do that, it was one of the very few annoying things about the car and there does not seem to be any way of turning it off.
With regard to the Lotuses, I did a track day at Knockhill in my GTV V6. It was a combined Lotus and Alfa track day, they were quicker in the corners but the Alfa was quicker down the straights so I had to lift off on the straights to let them past and not spoil their laps.

All new cars have it apparently, i can see how its a good idea on the motorway if you come up to traffic but i wish it could be turned off. it was really annoying me on the track mad

We've just picked up one of these. 2011 car in 8C red.

Can I ask what work did you do to achieve the power gains? Does the car feel quicker? I'm interested in upgrading our exhaust as it is quite muted at the moment and wouldn't be against doing a bit more work.

Hi,
The guy has now moved on to a Focus RS.
I've met him and bee a passenger in the car and it was a beast!
Can't remember the details of the upgrades but, if you contact Chris at PROAlfa he'll be able to help, just mention Larne's car

Hope it helps and have fun with the new QV👍
