Gents
I have just procured a 1988 Panda 4x4 specifically to do the Panda Raid in March. Despite searching the Internet, there seems to be almost nothing "off the shelf" in terms of kit to prep the venerable old girl for the rigours ahead. I'm after an ally sump guard, roof rack that can take a couple of spare wheels, Jerry cans of fuel and water etc, perhaps some decent seats so that I don't end up with my spine protruding from the top of my head etc etc.
Anyone got any useful bits to sell or indeed any useful advice to give away for free? I could probably get a sump guard knocked up but if some one has one they want rid of, or dimensions of one that works to avoid the trial and error game it would be appreciated.
The event looks like it will be a hoot and it's all in the name of charity! What's not to like!

That looks a bit Mad Russ, and something of a contrast to rally of the Tests in a Healey smile

Think you might struggle to find parts like those you want, you will probably have to be creative. My daughter has run 2WD Pandas for a few years and it's hard finding lots of stuff, though you are probably better placed on the continent.

Good luck and keep us all posted. smile

Will do. Looking forward to it in a perverse masochistic sort of way. Navigation promises to be rather simpler than the ROTT. Follow compass bearing till desert runs out, turn left. Repeat.......?.
