Fiat 500 issues

Hi all,
O/h went to start her 500 this morning...dead. Called out the RAC replaced the battery with the correct one for the start stop, and all hells broken loose on the dash. Engine warnjng light, start stop not available, and something to do with Phonic wheel p1300 code lit up. RAC back out, no joy in fixing it. I've done the whole rev it to 5k and back to idle three times thing, that's not worked. Before I get it booked into fiat for diagnostics, does anyone know how to fix it?
