Hi all

Currently rather tempted to dip a toe into small car ownership, with a view to balancing our current car use with vehicle choices that make slightly more sense now we don't need to haul pushchairs about! The last small car I ran was the Micra my parents owned when I passed my driving test in the early 90s!

I work in central London and regularly see various Abarth models, some with dual exhausts, some with quads. They all sound good and look fun, and my wife's commute is well into electric car territory in reality. A small but sporty option is firmly on the radar, to allow the supercharged V6 and V8 to make way for something 'sensible' for town and the V10 twin turbo I'm currently eyeing up!

Don't tend to buy new, but really struggling with interweb searches to find UK specific info on the gestation of Abarth models and the differences between them. I see references to 595 and 695, Abarth, Essesse, Maserati edition (and serious £!) and just looking for some guidance on what there's been over the lifetime of the 500 and what's worth looking out for? Any good UK forums or resources anyone can point me towards?

Our local Abarth dealer's website only seems to feature new models and anything involving searching AT or here in the classifieds is proving quite hard work!
