First thing i would do is fit a smaller front plate.
Agree, mine is spec'd with comp red, yellow calipers, Carbon seats, HK stereo, carbon wheel, blacked rear screens, teledial wheels, black /red internals- basically all except ceramics. Make sure you ask the dealer not to fit the front plate surround- it is drilled through. A small sticker will be best!

Might have been bumped up the list. A car of the right colour just going on to the production line got cancelled and we managed to adjust the spec. Awaiting confirmation but could be a couple of weeks earlier on delivery.

Interestingly popped into my local dealer and he said their order book isnt overly full so if anyone wants to try get ahead of the queue might be worth seeing if he has allocation sooner.

Northgate Alfa Canterbury. He has a fantastic flecked red painted Guilia Quadrifoglio and also a Flecked White 4c Spider.

The guilia is a non road registered demo. Has special red paint black wheels standard seats carbon steering wheel and standard brakes if you want to see how one looks in that spec.

I realise that this post isn't really Quadrifoglio related sorry, but the guys at Flyin' Miata will happily install a 520 bhp Chevy V8 into a 124, though....!
If only I lived in Colorado and had a spare $50k, I would get one for my 124 Abarth....
(see Mazda version here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SLONL8ax9CI ) eek

Bit the bullet today.

Comp Red
Yellow Callipers
Tele-dial wheels
Carbon steering wheel.

Did originally have the carbon seats spec'd but decided against it due to lack of electrics.

I've been told April / May for delivery but still waiting for confirmation. Got an awesome deal on PCP so I'm happy. Now to sell the C63 smile
Nice one! The PCP deal on the ARUK website isn't that great (£10k down, £719pcm) , I presume your dealer managed to beat it?

The reason it's a lot of money pcm is due to gfv, not the rate. The thing with this car vs the //M and AMG alternative is that you are likely to get money back at the end of the term with the Alfa. The AMG will return nothing unless you're lucky.

My dealer did very well for me wink

Order has just been placed. Expecting April delivery. If only I was the patient sort...

Competizione red, yellow calipers, carbon seats, carbon steering wheel, black leather and alcantara with green and white stitching.

Was hard to say goodbye to the 4C. If anyone is looking for one Thames Group have just got a blinder of car in.

Went to the dealer to sign for my car. Build is now fixed and unchangeable. Delivery to dealer 31/3/17.

Apparently a 7 month wait on new orders currently and no cars expected to arrive until March.

I was at my dealer today - County Motor Works in Chelmsford. They have seven QV orders and it looks like mine will be the first of them to arrive. The Alfa system indicates the scheduled build date is commencing week 52. Which is now. Please please please...

Heads up on two things - firstly the price will be going up by £2,000 on January the first but if you've ordered already the price you were quoted is fixed. Secondly Alfa will do 0%APR on certain finance deals.

Finance deals depend on your deposit. 0% available at maximum of 40% deposit so I'm told by a different dealer.

Price jump in Jan, as you stated is between £1500 and £2000 depending on who you've heard it from. Mine says £1500 but others say £2000.

Are you getting the £1500 road fund chucked in or are you having to stump it up?

Have you got a delivery date on paper? Alfa system says 31/3 into UK port but paperwork I got today says delivery 10/04. I'll be given a shipping reference when it gets loaded into the ferry.

Road fund and delivery tax chucked in. I'm a happy camper, Alfa are treating me well.

Yup - I believe that the 4C is wider biggrin.
What's the real width of the Giulia ? Most London width restrictions are 2.0m and inreallybstruggle with my Speciale and end up either going thenlong way round or "borrowing" the bus lane.

A quick google suggests 1.87 http://www.automobiledimension.com/alfa-romeo-car-... (although other results vary by the odd cm) with the 4C being 4mm wider. The 159 appears to be slightly longer.

I dont know exact dimensions but it should fit any of the ones I tend to use from a basic visual of the car in person. It should happily fit through the width restrictions on all the bridges across the Thames in London as well as others.

Nice spec - almost identical to mine! I also was set on carbon seats, but the lack of seat heating really irritated me. Drove the dealers QV demo with standard seats and they are extremely snug anyway. The carbon seats don't gain you any support. Also the electric standard seats have adjustable side bolsters so you can adjust the width as well. That, plus the comfort access, memory, seat (and steering) heating just made the carbon seats a no-go. Shame as I think they do lift the look of the interior a little, but just too basic otherwise.

Bit of a boring question, but I read that the car has 9k miles service intervals, anyone know if Alfa are offering servicing packs similar to MB AMG and BMW M?

Thanks

A dealer posted the following on Alfaowner at the beginning of December -

"The Quadrifoglio is available on the Easycare Service plan - 3 years - £799"
