Giulietta Heater Fan Stopped Working
Discussion
Hi,
I am looking for some advice, my 13 plate Giulietta heater fan stopped working today. I have run the car up to temp and can hear the fan trying to click on as a I change the fan speed or temperature. is anyone familiar with this problem and have a suggestion as to how to get it fixed? is it a job I can do or does it need to go to a garage?
Thanks

It will be the resistor pack on the heater blower it's a common fault on these and the corsa. Although the blower is also known to pack up too
The resistor pack is Easy to fix just check the wiring on the plug as it's prone to melting. Get a genuine part if you can as the after market ones don't always last long.
Plenty of information if you Google corsa d heater blower

I would have thought it will be the same as the corsa d. Behind the glovebox can be accessed from the passenger footwell. Looking up at it you'll see a plug that connects to what looks like the heater blower but it's the resistor pack as it sits in the blower to aid cooling. Next to the plug will be a 8mm bolt that holds the resistor pack in place. Undo it and resistor pack slides out.
A bit of a pain without a double jointed back. But should take about 20mins to do
