The Alfa Romeo 4C lease thread
Discussion
I also spoke to Unity but tbh have little faith in them after last time.
Mine comes in at around 12.5k for the 50th anniversary spider with 10kpa...fair bit more than the coupe deal but nice spec to live with for 2yrs.
Yellow does look good!
I originally wanted a black coupe so the white spider is pretty different!

Paul mentioned that someone that had experience of the Unity offer had ordered a white 50th Anniversary yesterday.........that'll be you then! Mine comes in at around 12.5k for the 50th anniversary spider with 10kpa...fair bit more than the coupe deal but nice spec to live with for 2yrs.

My only slight reservation is the sports exhaust & sports suspension. I had a 4C for the weekend and the sports exhaust droned like a fker. The sports suspension isn't supposed to do the twitchy handling any favours either. A trip to Alfa Works is in order.

Be interesting to see if the cheaper deal through Thames works out. I've been burnt in the past so did it all over the phone with Paul Campbell at TH White and managed to secure a/ the last Madreperla White Limited Edition Spider.
Looks pretty good!

Can't wait to collect it in a few weeks time!
Have also just done the deal with Paul over the phone - mine is in Giallo Prototipo yellow.Looks pretty good!

IMO the yellow and carbon look ace
Picking it up in the next few weeks.
Also had a call with Unity - they're apparently pulling together a 4C deal

Good deal. How many miles is that?
Did you have a response yet Giblet? My current lease goes back December and I remember looking at your IS-F when it was for sale and wishing it had appeared later this year instead. Now, I'm in contact with Alfa about this lease so it looks like we've got similar, widely varying tastes in cars. A big difference in an Alfa Romeo 4C and a Lexus IS-F.
I did get a call back but lost my connection and they're now closed for the day.

A fellow man of good taste! I regret selling the ISF. I've enjoyed the replacement for it, a antisocial Evo X but the ISF was just sublime. I was quoted £323.78 on a 15+23 and 6k pa on a anniversary spider. So that's more money and less miles than the two chaps above for some reason. Same dealer so it's a bit strange.

Ive never seen an ISF never mind test drove one - rare as hens teeth.I was quoted £323.78 on a 15+23 and 6k pa on a anniversary spider. So that's more money and less miles than the two chaps above for some reason. Same dealer so it's a bit strange.
Is it back to the drawing board for you then? I'd been looking for a quote for a coupe with xenons. The same spec as someone got for £283 with 8k miles on a 9+23 - yet my quote I believe exceeded £300 with 6k on a 9+23 (I got cut off whilst querying it). Its all very strange.

I've only ever seen 4 other ISFs on the road and out of those 2 were at pre arranged meet ups with forum members. I miss the sound from mine with the custom exhaust. Just realised that my quote was based on a Rosso Competizione car and that's one expensive paintjob! Black is the standard no cost colour on the 4C. Alfa white, Alfa red, Stromboli grey and Giallo Prototipo are all £750 but Rosso Competitzione is £2,250. Explains why the quote is higher than the others.

Yep thats me. Incidentally I've found it tricky to actually nail down the spec of the limited edition spider...does it definitely have the track pack? Suspension and race exhaust? No wonder nobody bought them, have all the options that aren't very good lolMy only slight reservation is the sports exhaust & sports suspension. From what I've seen it has the suspension, sports exhaust, 18"/19" wheels, leather interior, leather dash, carbon cockpit and carbon wing mirrors. The marketing stuff said something along the lines of £10k worth of options. I had a 2016 4C coupe for the weekend with the sports exhaust......around town and A roads it was great, 2 hours on the M1 was painful. You either had to go at 60 or 80 - anything in-between was deafening. The alternative was knocking it down a gear and cruising in 5th at 70-80 - a lot quieter, drone much reduced.

Hi there, can anyone tell me how easy these are to live with daily and thr first service cost please
Service has already been postedAs a daily it depends how dedicated you are, yes I think it can be done but at times it will be hard, biggest issue I find is parking it, its very wide , 2090 overall mirrors and the door swings out a long way. If you are young, fit and thin it should be ok but supermarket size spaces will be a challenge . The remote unlocking the car if held down drops the window so getting back in when a Range Rover has appeared next to you can be done ( if your thin ) I gather the sports exhaust drones at motorway speeds, I run the alfaworks system and that's fine. Steering as std is "lively" but alfaworks can tame that for you . Biggest problem as a daily i think will be the strain it will put on your smile muscles !!
I've put 3000 miles on my latest one in 2.5 months and some of that is due to leaving the daily at home and taking the 4c , a lot is due to just taking a day off to go for a drive
It's a car you will either love or hate but you need to drive one to get a feel to see if it's a car for you

Here's the spec that was sent to me.......This is obviously for the white version.
