I need some work done on my 147 GTA and want to avoid the dealerships if possible, can anyone recommend anywhere around Surrey/the South East?

I found a couple with a quick Google, anyone tried them?

I have used Rusper Alfa many times. Very good. Mike Buckler the guy who owns it knows EVERYTHING about Alfas and has a huge stock of second hand parts. Just don't expect a big shiny new workshop.

I can definately recommend AH Motorsports in Hartley Wintney, excellent service and he really knows his stuff.

Can recommend both Rusper Alfa, now being run by Angus McLeod, bought out Mike Buckler a couple of molnths ago, but Mike still comes in.

Bianco Alfa, Harry White and Gary Walker do a lot of race preparation but also good on the standard cars. As with Rusper, don't expect shiny premises.

Depends on what car you've got. If it's a 105, Ian Ellis Classic Alfa is your man. He's about 10 miles outside Brighton.

Anyone know the closest independent garage to Sutton, Surrey?

Going to look at a car today and wanted an independent to look it over. Fairly urgent...!

Thanks in advance...

I've used Bianco a couple of times for my 156 V6.
They're very knowledgable, reasonable prices and won't rip you off.
Sometimes they have a 33 estate as a courtesy car, which is quite fun (twin 40 carbs).
