Hidey ho,
Recently became the proud owner of a V^ GTV (1998 in Red - luvly). Don't have a manual with it - the red light which looks like pads is flashing when I brake does this mean I need new pads ? I have found Magneti ones for about £60 but this seems alot for pads. Anyone have any recomendations? Will not be used for track would like to keep oem as much as poss.
Regards
Jeffrz

If it has 4-pot brembos like many of the V6 alfas, try and find out what other cars have the same callipers as the performance pad people often don't list alfas, but if you know of a calliper match with another car you can often buy ones advertised for that.
For example the various Alfas with the 330mm discs/brembos as on my 156GTA (and other late 156 and 147GTA's, GT 3.2, etc - I think some GTV's and 166's as well) take the same pads as an Evo 8 and some Scooby STi's as the callipers are the same. Knowing this I bought Pagid Blues for the Evo 8 despite them rarely being advertised for Alfas...
