Assuming you're talking upon-tyne.....I used to use lyles, Ian's a good guy (parts) but they can be a little slow and expensive! But better than a couple of of the authorised dealers used to be......
If it's servicing or repairs you're after one of my mates used to work for Vauxhall, then Alfa so he's fully trained and does a good job at your house (or his house) - much cheaper than a dealer!

Try a company called Autodelta in Whitley Bay - they looked after my 147 and GTV when i had them - good quality work and reasonable prices.
Oh, and if you pop down, see if they've still got the Dino restoration project in there. Apparently someone dropped it off a few years ago and they keep popping in with cash to maintain the works on a "if you've any spare time" basis. Stunning car.
