Will an 18" wheel fit the 97 GTV?
There are several folk that have done it. Some have had clearance issues and some haven't.
Theoretically, with the right offset and tyre profile it should be fine.
Though you really should replace the other three too:P
i spoke to euan at c.p.garage and he said it would be fine because of the size of the wheels there would be no problem with clearance
