Well worth it. And easy to fit. Makes a huge difference. Can't understand why they weren't fitted as standard!

If you look behind the seats tonight. At the level of the head rests, you'll see an oval plastic cover on either side. These come off, and are where the brackets to attach the wind-stop can be fitted.

Once you've fitted the bracket the wind stop screws into the bracket, and can be removed in about 30s. It's a screw driver and allen key job, no drilling involved.

The hood still closes quite happily with the windstop in place, and you can still access the storage area behind the seats.

I see, sounds a good design.

I was looking at the line in the carpet along the rear fire wall and wondering what had made the imprint line across it (you know, where the pile is crushed slightly like furniture does at home) and I wouldn't be surprised if mine used to have a wind break fitted.

Ah so in your picture....see behind the vertical bit of the windstop there is a flat area of windstop too, that also has the metal frame and will have left the mark. Not sure what the flat winstop area is for....probably to stop wind from coming down between the passenger seats. Wouldn't be suprised if they took it off and either kept it for the next one, or sold it seperately.
