Apparently delivered about ten days apart, at opposite ends of the country. Mine’s on the right.

Love the Trofeo wheels, but the Classico take it for me for the nod to the Teledails.

Lovely cars both, don't think I've seen that red in the flesh. Is it the same red available on the more plebeian trims?

No, they’re both in the 3-stage “Competizione” red, I think only available on the QF.

You could get that Red on the Veloce for a short while too.
It’s stunning.

Some lovely cars at Caffeine and Machine and Italian Morning at the Motor Hub. Sneaked one of my 4C with a gorgeous Giulia Quad in blue.

Gijs van Lennep Legend: starting up

1961 Alfa Romeo 2000 Spider looking good.

Classy office: Alfa got it right, back in the 60s.

The 1966 Spider (Duetto) is a smaller and more sporty driving car. A bit cheaper though.

Nice.
Wouldn’t fancy having to keep all that black clean though smile

Have you had the radar security enhancement done?

Can be a pain! I'd have pref. the green but it was only available on the QF

Radar enhancement? Not sure what that is?

Unfortunately these and the Giulia can be stolen in 60 secs via the front radar.
One owner has devised a fairly simple fix for it but you need to head over to alfaowner forums to get the details.
I have one fitted to my Giulia.

I thought some of you might like to see a couple of photos from a meet I organised last Sunday for 14 x 4C’s from around the UK. We had a little drive around and then in to the excellent Gilk’s for our lunch.

Great looking car!
Surprised to see so many in white as opposed to red. Only 3 red ones?
Out of that line-up, the yellow spider would be my pick as well.

Yellow is an awesome colour for the 4C but my favourite is still the grey which seems an odd call but it suits the car so well.

Bought this 230k kms 916 Spider TS for 3k Euro and it has ran 2500 kms last month: broken valve in a rear tyre was the only peril so far.

What. A. Car.

German import (2002-2016), then driven by another careful loving owner and stored between 2021 until recent.

It needs a huge list of small things. Next week: NOS rear window, radio out and DIN box in (USB for phones) and upgrade to LED.

Michelin Alpins are ste (too hard) and end of March I will choose 215/16 Vreddies on used Alfa rims.
The original Teardrops are 16" and suit the character of this Spider.

Induction noise is not the typical Alfa howl so I need to look at that. It's more Abarth yell and top end is a bit poor. Especially compared to our 2006 147, which is also a twolitre car.
