Totally different engines, 156 is a 24v mine is 12v, sounds deeper and 20 odd bhp down on the 156, mine is a stronger engine, a mate has just done his first belt change at over 200k, on a recent rolling road day a 24v made more power but my torque was longer and flatter, 3rd gear grunt out of tight corners and my little engine hold onto 3.2 V6's (mine may have been tweaked..lol)

My Brera on Saturday in readiness for NAD.

Beauty Simon! Took a pale blue V6 for a brief test drive this morning (at last), I was very impressed overall. Hoping to go back tomorrow if I don't get called in to work. I can certainly see why some folk think they're too heavy, but this one felt very planted and quick enough for my needs.Cheers,
Simon

Very nice action shots, was that a noble in the background in the 2nd pic?
Well spotted! A group of us travelled in a convoy. Was great fun. It was the first time I has really driven the Alfa in anger and was pleasantly surprised at how well it handled. Gave very good feedback and was so stable hard on the brakes. Not bad at all for an estate! Going to Scotland next week so will give it some stick there too!

Good to hear its being driven properly!A group of us travelled in a convoy. Was great fun. The Mitsubishi Colt looks slightly out of place there though.
