Totally different engines, 156 is a 24v mine is 12v, sounds deeper and 20 odd bhp down on the 156, mine is a stronger engine, a mate has just done his first belt change at over 200k, on a recent rolling road day a 24v made more power but my torque was longer and flatter, 3rd gear grunt out of tight corners and my little engine hold onto 3.2 V6's (mine may have been tweaked..lol)
Want another now frown

My Brera on Saturday in readiness for NAD.

Cheers,

Beauty Simon! Took a pale blue V6 for a brief test drive this morning (at last), I was very impressed overall. Hoping to go back tomorrow if I don't get called in to work. I can certainly see why some folk think they're too heavy, but this one felt very planted and quick enough for my needs.

Thanks. I do love our Brera. I love our GT too but prefer the Brera overall smile

This thread should be kept clean and decent, your just posting pure pornography.

Opened the bedroom curtains after a night shift to be greeted with a neighbour's new toy...

Was all set to purchase a Brera Coupe this week, until I found out the missus has paid off a chunk of the mortgage with the alloted funds instead... GGGRRRRR!!!

Well spotted!
A group of us travelled in a convoy. Was great fun. It was the first time I has really driven the Alfa in anger and was pleasantly surprised at how well it handled. Gave very good feedback and was so stable hard on the brakes. Not bad at all for an estate! Going to Scotland next week so will give it some stick there too!

Good to hear its being driven properly!
The Mitsubishi Colt looks slightly out of place there though.

True but the many of the roads were fairly narrow and twisty so it wasn't to hard for it to stay relatively close!

Giulietta Cloverleaf, 235bhp. Unfortunately, however, I have been told by the boss of the house that it is "too fast" and "too flash" so I'm thinking of selling it. Might get an older 159 V6 Sportwagon - at least I can get away with claiming it's relatively sensible...

I spent hours yesterday cleaning, filling stone dings, detailing and polishing / waxing... The end result was certainly worth the resultant backache!

Interesting support frame, I got one of them, but I can't back far enough to photo it properly
