Happy Easter guys.
I have been reading how several of you have been on "spring" drives and getting the cars out of the garage after the winter lay up.
You are sooooh lucky to have other "S's" to drive with and the Euro Italy trip and SCH 2010 sound great.(wish I was there)
So with spring sprung and summer around the corner for you....here are some roof down pictures of where I have been driving at my local North Shore beaches over my summer (so far..!!)....happy roof down driving.

Those nice blue seas just remind me of how my car looks when I park it up on Blackpool promenade paperbag

What sort of reaction does the S get over there? Obviously not the most common of sights for the general public.

Brendan - wow indeed, car and setting look fantastic. The reg plate would be a bit special in the UK as well.
The sea looks a little bluer than in Norfolk UK right now.
Great pics, cheers Gary

Very nice paintwork/interior colour combo thumbup Your pictures certainly remind me of what a fab country you're lucky enough to live in. I constantly wished I'd had my TVR for the 5 weeks I spent there. Awesome roads & scenery. Wine & food was pretty good too!

These were my wheels in the North Island...

And for the South Island ... paperbag

Not quite the same as the S!

Great idea Gary! Only problem is I don't think my limited mileage policy would cope frown Oh, and if your motivation for NZ is the hills and getting above sea level, there are plenty closer to home hehe

Actually I have got some ideas for 2011. Perhaps we can discuss them over a chilled Peroni in Italy? wink

Yes guys there are lots of interesting drives over here.
Great picture Ian, let me guess you used "Rent a Dent"..!!

I will have a couple of other S's to drive with soon as there is an S2 with a Cosworth engine nearly on the road and also a completely rebuilt V8S about to hit the streets....in the mean time I will keep flying the S Flag.

Otherwise this weekend we have a Piston Head Hoon day with about 25 cars coming....mostly Britsh including 6 TVR.(Chim, 3000S, Tuscan, Tuscan Racer and a Griff)

Not quite a Euro trip...but we do our best.

Well, it was part of a 6 month world trip so it needed to be "cheap"....!

But you do have the fantastic roads around Queensland to play in which are pretty much the same as the Alps, apart from the fact you guys drive on the correct side of the road wink
