Your profile says Leicestershire. Not too far from DMS.

If you have issues, can you not just pop up there and sort out? BTW you are treading on the very fine line that is the naming and shaming policy on PH.

As its your 1st post I would advise you read the 'terms'.

Solicitors?!?! Jesus... why dont you just drive up there or try ringing them again. If of course you rang the right number first time round.

I have rang enough times, since last time, they told me "I can recognize your number now"
Hide your number when calling then.

Should I post it with out full name?
No you should just sort any issues you may or may not have directly with the Company.

The PH policy is designed so that people cannot give their often biased one sided story which could also be libelous.

Really strange that you can post someone is good, but not bad.
It does seem one sided but for good reason as Di points out wink

BTW did you visit DMS to check them over before handing your car over?

The story changed, they have already post to me by RXXXL Mail, and RXXXL Mail said cannot find my address and it need to return to them.

BUt, RXXXL Mail return them an box with out my service book.

DMS promise me to replace it to me and will get all the missing stamps for me, and also delivery it to me in person.

BTW, RXXXL MAIL has lost my passport when I am renewing my visa in 2009, which makes me can not go back to my country for the hoilday!!!!

DO NOT POST IMPORTANT DOCUMENT by RXXXL MAIL!!!!! use DXL or UXP.

I choose them just based on the review in here, and havent visit them before, just called and they came to collect my car.

The service was great which is better than main dealer, also clean my breaks and solve the issues of break's strange sounds.

(I spend 3000 for the pervious service in main dealer, they told me on of the electrical wire has been bitten by mouse, need to pay 800 to replace which I have paid them).

Its is straight for me too, but its main dealer.

They told me its an issue for the car and break light will not goes off, if I dont change that wire.

Also, I asked why the wire is so expansive, 800. They told me the wire is in an hidden place and very deep place, and difficult to change it.

lol.

The thing is my car is under warrenty at that time, and they said because of it is damaged by mouse, the warrenty cannot cover it.

Daz how the devil are you? Long time no speak, I thought the Porsche lot had you chained to their forum, nice to see you pop over here biggrin!

PURE89 - Rick has a hard-earned reputation for good service, it is better to resolve issues like this (apparently created by a courier service) off forum IMO.

Glad it isn't just me. Something about DMS and a service book, and then something about a mouse? All very confusing.

Good mate. Still got the same car, new engine fitted last year (details in profile), now a long long term keeper. Also got an LOI in for a 991GT3 providing they make a manual version.

The 996TT X-50 is still a stunning car Daz thumbup , sorry to hear about the engine. 991 GT3 will be awesome, but the die-hards will moan about the new engine - probably best to ignore them biggrin
